Sean MacDonald
Director / Project Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Sean MacDonald combines hands-on trade expertise with senior project management experience. Beginning his career as a time-served joiner, he progressed into management after earning a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and attaining Chartered Construction Manager status.
Sean has successfully led some of Scotland’s most complex, high-value projects across the commercial, residential, and public sectors, as well as delivering a wide range of specialist projects and fit-outs. Sean’s approach is built on trust and clear communication, ensuring every client feels supported throughout the process and confident in the results.
Mark Holmes
Director / Construction Lead
With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Mark Holmes is a highly skilled joiner and builder who has delivered projects across both residential and commercial sectors. Known for his deep technical expertise and strong trade relationships, Mark brings a practical understanding of on-site delivery that ensures every detail is executed to the highest standard.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams on a wide range of domestic and commercial builds. At Glenan Holmes, Mark oversees all site-based operations, combining craftsmanship with leadership to ensure projects run seamlessly from start to finish. His dedication to quality and collaboration is central to the company’s reputation for excellence.
